All projects begin with a written agreement (email or proposal document) outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Changes to scope require mutual written consent and may affect pricing.
2.3 Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Payments are accepted via the payment link provided. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee after a 15-day grace period.
2.4 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables created by VertexCanvasForge for your project are transferred to you. VertexCanvasForge retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.5 Limitation of Liability
VertexCanvasForge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligibility
If you are dissatisfied with a delivered service, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a description of the issue.
4.2 Partial Refunds
For projects with multiple deliverables, partial refunds may be issued for work that has not yet commenced or for deliverables that do not meet the agreed specifications. Work already completed and delivered may not be eligible for a full refund.

Before requesting a refund, you are entitled to reasonable revisions as specified in the project agreement. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations.
4.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. VertexCanvasForge reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the terms outlined in this policy.
